How do you go about selecting music for our event?

We work closely with you to personalize your music for your event. We believe in incorporating your requests, your guests musical tastes and our experience in putting it all together.

How do you mix the music?

We beat match the music at your event to keep your dancefloor going. We have the talent and experience to know when and where to mix in and out of songs to ensure your guests will have the time of our lives.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide Certificates of Insurance upon request.

How Will You Work With Our Venue?

Ensuring perfection requires effective communication, not only between you and your vendors but also among the vendors themselves. Good Times Productions takes the initiative to collaborate with your venue and other vendors in advance, meticulously planning every logistical detail to eliminate surprises. Whether it’s coordinating load-in times and locations, addressing power and sound restrictions, or ensuring compliance with insurance and house regulations, we work to ensure everyone is aligned

How Is Payment Handled?

Following the contract signing, a deposit is needed to secure the date, and the final payment is required one month before the event. We accept various payment methods, such as personal/bank checks, major credit cards, money orders, cash, Venmo, Zelle Pay, and Apple Cash. It’s important to note that there is a 5% service fee for credit card payments. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to ask.

How do we dress for your event?

We take pride in upholding high standards of excellence and professionalism. The dress code for our events includes wearing suits, dress pants, dress shirts, and other attire that reflects our commitment to a polished and professional appearance. If you have any specific inquiries or if there’s anything else you’d like to know, feel free to ask.

Do we tip the dj?

The final contract price does not include gratuity. It is generally recommended to consider a gratuity of 10-20% if your DJ has performed exceptionally well, but the decision is entirely yours.

Can we visit you at a wedding?

To honor the couple who chose our services, we kindly decline such requests as a standard practice. Professionally, we each event is private believe it’s important for DJs to uphold this policy. Also, each event is unique and catered to the client. We may not have the same vibe for your affair. Our reliance on reviews and references reflects our commitment to maintaining trust and professionalism. If you have any further inquiries, feel free to ask.

How far in advance should I book your DJ services for my event?

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your date. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so it’s best to contact us well in advance.

How do you handle song requests during the event?

We welcome song requests from guests during the event and strive to incorporate them into the playlist, as long as they align with the overall atmosphere and vibe you want for your event.
